InSeason Marketing
Privacy Policy
Effective September 14, 2026
This policy explains how information is handled when you visit this website, contact InSeason Marketing, or book a meeting with us.
InSeason Marketing is a trade name of Trinity Marketing LLC, based in Pennsylvania. This policy covers our website and related inquiries. Information handled as part of a client campaign or service engagement may be covered by separate agreements and notices.
Information you provide
When you email us or use our contact form, you may provide your name, company, email address, and the details of your inquiry. You may also choose to provide a phone number or other business information.
Our contact form sends your inquiry through FormSubmit for delivery to our email inbox. FormSubmit processes the information you submit and provides spam screening, which may include a reCAPTCHA check. See FormSubmit’s privacy terms. Its documentation states that form submissions are retained in its archive for 30 days. Please do not include payment card details, passwords, or sensitive personal information in an inquiry.
Booking a meeting
Our booking links take you to Calendly. When you schedule a meeting, we receive the contact details, meeting time, and responses you provide for that booking. We use this information to arrange the meeting, prepare for our conversation, and follow up on your request.
Calendly also processes information through its own service. See Calendly’s Privacy Notice for details about its practices and choices.
How inquiry information is used
We use the information you send to respond to questions, discuss services and pricing, prepare proposals, coordinate appointments, and continue conversations you initiate. If you become a client, information needed to deliver your services is handled as part of that relationship.
Website technology and cookies
Our hosting providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages, and access times to deliver and protect the website.
The current website code does not include analytics scripts or advertising pixels. Hosting services may use technologies needed to operate or secure the site. External websites, including Calendly, have their own cookie and tracking practices. You can manage cookies through your browser and any choices offered by those services.
Service providers and disclosures
Website hosting, form processing, email delivery, and appointment scheduling involve service providers that process information to provide those functions. Information you send may be accessed by the InSeason team members responsible for your inquiry. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to address fraud, security issues, or legal claims.
Retention and security
Inquiry and appointment records may remain in our email and scheduling systems while we handle your request and maintain related business records. Retention can depend on the nature of the inquiry, an ongoing client relationship, and applicable recordkeeping requirements. Contact us to ask about a particular record or request deletion.
No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure. Use the contact details below to raise a concern about information you have shared with us.
Your choices and requests
You can choose whether to contact us or book a meeting. Email hello@inseasonmarketing.com to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or ask us to stop promotional follow-up. Include enough detail for us to identify your request, but do not send sensitive identification documents by email.
Depending on where you live and which laws apply, you may have additional privacy rights. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. Some records may need to be retained for legal or business obligations.
External links and intended audience
This website includes links to other websites whose privacy practices are described in their own policies. Our services and website are intended for business audiences, not children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us.
Policy updates
We may update this policy as the website or its information practices change. The effective date above identifies the latest revision.
